# Lammi Data Scripts

## YSI PRODSS datafile formatting

### Prerequisites

Install required python libraries

```bash
pip install -r requirements.txt
```

### How to run

By default input files are in ```ysi_prodss/example_data```.
You can change the input directory by changing the [first line](https://version.helsinki.fi/danhaara/lammi-data-scripts/-/blob/main/ysi_prodss/formatData.py#L7) of the script.

Output files will be written to ```ysi_prodss/output_data```.

To run the script, navigate to the top level directory:
```bash
cd .../lammi-data-scripts
```
And run the python script:
```bash
python ysi_prodss/formatData.py
```
