HBM-78: Add description toggle for long blocks of text

Sebastian Hämäläinen requested to merge HBM-78-description into development
  1. make fresh
  2. Check that some of the content has filled in description fields.
    • If not, add some text to description fields.
  3. Check that the toggle description button only becomes visible when there is more than 100 characters of text in the description field.
  4. Check that the toggle works.
