HBM-92: Affiliation dropdown update

  1. make fresh
  2. Make sure the select dropdown element block is the first search item block
    • After it comes the keyword search and search buttons
  3. Make sure the label of the dropdown has been updated to "Organization" from "Affiliation"
  4. Make sure the dropdowns dashes (which are disabled, they are just there for visual help) have their ID's randomized.
